Topbuild of Buxton builds new HQ for large Security Company
Topbuild Construction of Buxton have recently been awarded and are on site at a new HQ of a large security company based in Heysham. The 1100m² building is one of the first to be built on the new development of industrial units just near to the docks. The contract which was priced and won by Principal Technical Services, is of a general portal frame design with exterior cladding and roof cladding The building will also have an internal mezzanine floor level with fully fitted out offices to both levels and will also incorporate state of the art HVAC systems to generate a constant, ambient temperature within the large storage areas. Topbuild are doing all of the works themselves directly and are using no external subcontractors at all. Since starting the works on the new development, Topbuild have since tendered and successfully won two more similar contracts on the same industrial development.
